1. Who am I billed by when I purchase through the Mobile App?
You will be billed directly by the Apple App Store, not by A Cloud Guru.
2. I have a billing issue, who do I talk to?
For purchases made via the Apple App Store, any payment-related issues you may experience must be raised directly with Apple. Not sure how you purchased or purchased through other means, reach out to us here.
3. How do I unsubscribe or re-subscribe to ACG on the app?
On your Apple device:
- Go to Settings
- Tap on your name at the top of the screen
- Tap on Media and Purchases
- Tap on Subscriptions
- Find the ACG subscription and unsubscribe, or re-subscribe

4. How do I get a refund?
ACG's refund policy can be found here.
All payments made through your Apple ID account are controlled and managed by Apple who requires cancellation 24-hours prior to the end of your billing period.

5. I have deleted my app but I still get charged for ACG
You'll need to first cancel the membership via Settings before deleting the app. Make sure you follow the process to unsubscribe via Settings.
6. I keep getting an error message when trying to purchase on the Mobile App.
The following errors are can occur when purchasing on the mobile app.
Unable to find subscription receipt. Try checking if your Apple account is currently signed into your device.
Sorry, you are not eligible for this subscription offer. Try again by choosing another subscription.
Unable to subscribe due to a permission error. Make sure you're signed into your Apple account.
You've already started a pending subscription purchase. Try checking your parental controls on this device.
You've already purchased a subscription. Try restoring your purchases. (What does restoring purchases action look like for the learner?)
Unable to subscribe. Subscription is not currently available on this device.
Unable to subscribe, try checking your payment method.
