Purchase through your Sales Guru
You can work directly with your dedicated Sales Guru to purchase additional licenses. Depending on how many and the type of licenses you need, they will also be able to work with you on volume discounts. If you don’t remember who your Sales Guru was, just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get you connected with your Guru.
You can also reach out to your Success Manager — they can easily work with the Sales Guru attached to your account.
Upgrading to Business Plus
Awesome! We can definitely help with that. You'll also need to reach out to your Sales Guru and they'll be able to get tour team upgraded in no time.
Purchase Licenses Online (25 or fewer)
This is the simplest way to manage your team without the need to work with a sales representative directly. You can add licenses at any time, and they will be prorated to match until the end of the current billing cycle.
1. Choose the Billing option located under your upper right profile.
2. Click the subscription tab on the left and choose "Add more seats".
3. Input the number of additional seats needed.
Remember to review the payment due as you will be charged immediately. The system will automatically prorate the cost of the additional seats to align with your contract renewal date.
4. Success! You've updated your license count and can add more team members immediately.
5. You can check the history of billing changes near the bottom of the subscription tab screen.
If you're looking for your receipt, simply head over to your Invoice History tab on the left hand side to pull all past invoices.
