LinkedIn will soon deprecate API v1 (which our authentication provider currently uses) and this is causing some customers issues with logging in using LinkedIn SSO.
We are working closely with our authentication provider to have this issue solved as soon as possible. In the meantime, we would like to provide customers experiencing this issue a workaround so they can continue to access their accounts.
If you have an account using LinkedIn SSO, you can access our platform by logging in with a different SSO using the same email address.
Email address user 1: email@example.com,
Email address user 2: firstname.lastname@example.org
Method of login - User 1 and User 2: LinkedIn SSO
In order to access our platform, User 1 would need to go to https://acloud.guru, click on Login, and select another SSO login where they use the same email address email@example.com. In this case, it can be "Log in with Google" or Facebook, Twitter, GitHub.
User 2 in this case could select "Log in with Microsoft Account" and enter their credentials for firstname.lastname@example.org
By doing this, you should be able to access your original LinkedIn account successfully. Please keep in mind this will only work if you use the same email address to log into the new social media account.
