This dedicated team operates 24/7, excluding major holidays like Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
This team assists with less complex issues that may arise. These may include password issues, email verification complications, or course migration troubles. If they are unable to assist, then they will assign yoru ticket over to the Operations team or Finance team if it involves billing issues.
This team operates 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday.
They will assist with complex issues including billing complications, technical issues and issues that require further research. Our average response time during business hours is less than 2 hours!
