If you want to cancel or change your membership plan, you can do so by downgrading or upgrading at any time.
During 7-day free trial:
You can switch subscription types or downgrade to free to prevent renewal at any point during the trial. The original trial start date will be retained!
Please note, to access the free trial you will need to sign up for membership. During sign up, you will see the last day of your free trial at the bottom of the pricing page on the right side of our screen!
If you do not wish to continue with a subscription after the 7-day free trial, you will need to schedule a cancellation. Memberships are automatically activated at the end of the free trial period if they are not cancelled.
After 7-day free trial:
If you upgrade your plan after the 7-day free trial, it will take effect immediately.
If you downgrade your membership after the 7-day free trial, you will retain access to the features associated with your plan until the date of your next renewal. At your next renewal, the subscription will expire and be downgraded to free.
How do I change my subscription?
To change your membership, click on your initials in the top right corner. Then, click on “Account Settings".
Then, select the Membership tab.
You'll then select "Change Plan"!
You will then be able to downgrade to free or switch subscription types as shown below.
You now know how to upgrade or downgrade your membership!
Please note- If you downgrade to free or to a lower subscription tier, this change will take place at the end of your current billing cycle.
If you schedule a downgrade, you will see this listed in your membership settings.
You can also check what your next billing date is on the “Membership” tab within your Account Settings:
Changed your mind? Between the time you downgrade and the actual renewal date, you can undo the downgrade and revert back to Personal Basic or Personal Plus easily within Account Settings by choosing the 'Undo Downgrade' option.
Note: If you are on the grandfathered pricing, you are automatically on the Personal Basic plan. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan following the same directions outlined above.
