2. Discussions & Getting Help
This is the best way to ask questions or get guidance on a specific lesson/course! There are instructors and moderators, along with expert peers, to help you with your Cloud learning.

3. Quick Replay
Along the bottom control bar you will also see controls to allow you to skip forward or backward by 15 seconds. This is a useful tool to allow you to repeat a concept it you want to hear it again to clarify your understanding.
4. Playback Speed
Depending on a number of factors you may want to play the course faster or slower. There are speed controls that show up with the player controls along the bottom of the screen. The default starting setting is "1x" and cycle through the speed options by clicking on the current speed.
Alternatively, if you want finer or wider control over the playback speed, then you can use a Chrome extension like Video Speed Controller . You could also download each video and control the playback in whatever video app you choose, but that's rather more hassle.
5. Resolution Adjustment
Streaming videos, like other streaming sites, can take a lot of bandwidth. If you find the videos are buffering or taking a while to load, you can always adjust the resolution here between 480p, 720p and 1080p.
6. Report Lesson Feedback or Concerns
If you like to tell us about any performance issues or areas you feel may need updating, but don't need feedback or need to have a discussion about, this Flag is a fast and easy way to do so. The team can then see where there are clusters or problems and prioritize the work on lectures or site performance around those.
No response or follow up will be sent back to your from a Flag report.
But it will help us find and fix issues in the background faster.
