Individual Course Purchase (Direct one-time purchase)
Please note: Individual Course Purchases will be discontinued on June 14th.
All single course purchases are eligible to receive a refund if the request is made within the first 14 days after the invoice date.

The refund process make take up to a few days and is dependent on your payment method. You will receive confirmation once processed.
Monthly or Annual Memberships (Ongoing purchase to access everything)
You can cancel your A Cloud Guru membership at any time during your subscription. Please see how to cancel your membership here if you are unsure how to do so.
If you are cancelling your membership during your free trial, you will not be billed for the cost of the membership and will not require a refund. If you are cancelling your membership outside of the free trial period, a refund will not be issued for your account. However, you will still have access to all content until your paid through date! This is found in the Membership tab of your Account Settings.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not provide refunds on any fees or charges for memberships, including partially used periods and bank/merchant fees. Be sure to cancel as soon as possible to stop any recurring charges. You can find how to here, with the main reminder being to type the word "cancel" at the bottom of the cancellation page to confirm cancellation.
*NOTE: For Citizens of the European Union, you are entitled to a full refund during the 14 days after the membership begins. Please note that this 14-day period begins when the subscription service starts.
