Monthly and Annual Memberships
You can change and downgrade your A Cloud Guru membership at any time during your subscription. Please see how to change your membership here if you are unsure how to do so.
If you downgraded your membership during your free trial, you will not be billed for the cost of the membership and will not require a refund. If you downgraded your membership outside of the free trial period, you will still have access to all content until your paid through date! This is found in the Membership tab of your Account Settings.
Because individuals can downgrade their membership to free tier at any time, we do not provide refunds on any fees or charges for memberships, including partially used periods and bank/merchant fees. Be sure to change your membership as soon as possible to stop any recurring charges. You can find how to here.
After downgrading, please check that your changes have gone through by checking your Membership Settings.
*NOTE: For Citizens of the European Union, you are entitled to a full refund during the 14 days after the membership begins. Please note that this 14-day period begins when the subscription service starts.
